Electrical Engineer

Job Introduction

Are you fascinated about Space? Do you have a degree in Electrical Engineering or certified Technician or Elektro-Meister ”staatlich gepruefter Eleltriker, Elektrotechnik”  with several years of experience in Power plants and Power supply?  You could be our new Electrical Engineer. Role Responsibility

As Electrical Engineer you will concentrate your activities on the following:

  • Follow up and coordinate support for preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by on and off-site contractors
  • Management of projects related to the electrical infrastructure
  • Basic and detailed engineering for technical projects
  • Development, delivery and review of risk assessments and protection measures for works on critical installations
  • Planning and coordination support with focus on health protection during technical works
  • Support with risk assessments and protection measures for works on critical installations
  • Support with auditing of documentation for maintenance and technical projects
  • Provide on-site support in case of technical problems, operational requirements or technical emergency at Customer premises

Successful Candidate

Do you think you are the person we are looking for? See below what experience or knowledge you should bring:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or certified Technician or Elektro-Meister ”staatlich gepruefter Eleltriker, Elektrotechnik”  with several years of experience in Power plants and Power supply
  • Must have experience in Power plants; electrical installations and data cabling infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of EU and German Health & Safety regulations and norms; (VDE)
  • Experience in maintenance of HVAC decentralised units;
  • Safety installations (fire protection systems and emergency lightning)
  • Security installations (CCTV Camera) and elevators
  • Knowledge of local requirements and procedures for policing, fire and rescue services and health, safety and environmental compliance
