Deputy Head - General Services (Secret Level/EU Security Clearance)

For one of our prestigious customer we are looking for: Deputy Head - General Services

Role Responsibility


Perform Supply functions including shipping/receiving, quality checking, issuing.
Be familiar with the maintenance of Supply files regarding procurements, quotations, requisitions, orders and payments. Maintain and control the voucher filing system in Supply. Research and add vendors to the Agency database.
Prepare and process equipment transfer orders. Prepare customs documents for inbound and outbound shipments of the NCI Agency material.
Preparation and processing of materiel for report of survey/write off Inventory: Assist with inventory of expendable and stock items
Assist with yearly inventory of non-expendable items.
Other:Performs other duties as may be required

The Ideal Candidate


Demonstrated skills in the use of personal computer office automation packages, particularly Microsoft applications, and SharePoint/workflows.

Good command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Effective organizational skills and ability to handle a large volume of work in an efficient and timely manner.
