Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- You conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their individual needs, risk factors, and strengths.
- You collaborate with residents to develop personalized reintegration plans, including setting goals and identifying necessary resources and services.
- You utilize your criminological knowledge to assess the risk of reoffending and develop risk management strategies.
- You monitor and track the progress of residents, ensuring they are meeting their reintegration goals and making necessary adjustments to their plans.
- You collaborate closely with other professionals e.g. legal experts, social workers, trainers, and psychologists to provide comprehensive support.

Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
- A bachelor's degree and equivalent 3 year minimum in criminology, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social work and related fields or a similar role within the criminal justice or social services field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of criminological matters and the field of social sciences.
- Familiarity with criminal (procedural) law, specific criminal legislation in criminal cases, and judicial law, as well as basic knowledge in one or more specific domains of law.
- Knowledge of the judicial order.
- Knowledge of matters related to criminal enforcement.
- French and English, Dutch is a plus.
