We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Course designer, based in EASA, Cologne, Germany.

Role Responsibility

The successful candidate will concentrate his/her activities on the following:

• Design specialised IT training to end-and key-users;
• Design technical IT training to IT specialists;
• Design support material for creating awareness on particular IT subjects, such as digitalisation, IT security, machine learning etc.;
• Design support material for e-learning on specific IT subjects;
• Design specific training on new or changed Agency IT  applications (end-users/key users/administrators);
• Writing user guides, user support material, administration guides, etc.

Successful Candidate

The Key Person should bring the following skills and experience:

Educational qualifications:

• At minimum Bachelor.

Technical expertise:

• Excellent knowledge of the subjects of the technical IT training to be provided, within the scope of Lot 3;
• Professional experience in designing technical IT training and general IT training on specific subjects for a variety of target groups;
• Professional experience in designing training material using different means and tools.

Professional experience:

• Minimum 4 years (Standard level) of professional experience in a role as a training designer on IT technical subjects, IT certification training and/or on special IT subjects to non-technical target groups.

Language skills:

• English at level C1 or equivalent.

Other competences and skills (Desirable):

• Experience in multicultural organisations and public sector;
• Very good training design skills (targeted towards various target groups);
• Ability to use different training techniques and practical, illustrative examples in the design of training material;
• Ability to manage one’s own time, even in the face of stressful situations;
• Integrity & Professionalism.
