Job Introduction

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team
*EU Nationality Mandatory; candidate must be able to obtain EU Security Clearance.
Main Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is in charge of working on concurrent small and medium sized projects. They will have as main tasks the elicitation, gathering, analysis, and monitoring of the requirements for organisational projects. The Business Analyst will contribute to the identification of possible market solutions to meet with the business and technical needs/requirements of the projects they will be assigned to.
The Business Analyst will also be involved in the subsequent implementation phase.
- Identify the organisation's business needs, workflows, and processes, and prepare AS IS and TO BE documents;
- Conduct the stakeholders/business analysis, requirements analysis, and support the design and testing phases to ensure that the technical solutions comply with the defined requirements;
- Follow up and keep up to date different product backlogs, and other Business Analysis deliverables (Use Cases, User Stories, Impact Assessment Document, etc.);
- Support the project activities providing clarifications, acting as liaison between the business users/key stakeholders. Project Officers, and technical experts;
- Participate in the market research/solutions assessment to identify suitable tools to meet the business and technical needs;
- Support the Technical Architect and Project Manager and other stake-holders;
- Support the business users in the testing phase (e.g. support the UAT testing);Support the smooth adoption of the new systems by contributing (writing/reviewing) manuals and user guides for the end users;
- Ensure the compliance of all project-related activities with Eurojust’s rules and standards;
Successful Candidate
Security clearance:
This assignment requires a valid EU Security Clearance at SECRET level as the consultant may have access to classified information. The successful consultant will be required to provide a recent (less than 3 months old) certificate of good conduct and, if not in possession of a security clearance certificate already, demonstrate their application for a security clearance at the required level in order to be confirmed in the position.
- Shall have a minimum of 5 years work experience as Business Analyst;
- Shall have experience in ICT projects;
- Shall have experience working on concurrent projects;
- Should have experience in market research for selection of COTs products;
- Experience in projects with interoperability with other systems will be considered advantageous;
- Knowledge of Security and Personal data management will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience working with different methodologies (Agile, Iterations, Waterfall, etc.) will be considered advantageous;
- Should have strong communication skills and professional experience in an EU or multicultural environment;
