We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst, in an International Organisation, based in Brussels.

 

Role Responsibility

You will be responsible for:

  • Provision of expert advice and assistance, solution patterns and best practices in following areas of ICT infrastructure technology; business process management and rule execution engines, interoperability, business activity monitoring.
  • Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise. Contribute to documentation of user requirements and functional requirements
  • Risk and impact analysis
  • Review of Information Systems Infrastructure Architectures
  • Process analysis and analysis of the integration of different information systems
  • Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
  • Coordination and collaboration with the project teams
  • Provision of technical evaluations and audit reports in relation with information systems infrastructure

Successful Candidate

You should have:

  • In depth knowledge of large organization administrative business processes
  • Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing reports and giving high level presentations
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills.
  • Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
  • Very good knowledge of English and French.
  • In depth knowledge in the domains of requirements analysis, performance analysis and business process modelling and of Business analysis and project management tools and methodologies.
  • Modelling tools such as UML, Sparx Enterprise Architect or comparable,
  • Methodologies such as RUP or Agile
