Automation Tester (10727, L5)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Automation Tester, based in Brussels.

 

Role Responsibility

The key person will be responsible for:

  • Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices regarding test strategy

  • Provision of quality plans, quality assessments, quality control tests, evaluations and service level agreements associated with information system infrastructure services or projects

  • Assistance in the implementation of a software engineering methodology

  • Risk analysis

  • Test strategy definition

  • Test campaign coordination

  • Advice on test automation

  • Reporting to project manager on progress against planning

  • Participation in coordinating and project meetings

Successful Candidate

The key person should have:

  •  In-depth knowledge of Test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor)

  •  In-depth knowledge of Build automation tools (Maven, Ant)

  •  In-depth knowledge of BAMBOO, JIRA

  •  Good knowledge of Agile methodology

  •  Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.

  •  Very good communication skills

  •  Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.

  •  Team spirit, good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate in a multilingual and multicultural environment

Due to the particular nature of a large international organisation, candidates should also have the following non- technical skills:

  •  Ability to participate in multilingual meetings

  •  Ability to understand, speak and write French and English (B2 level)

  •  Ability to work in a team

  •  Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on a large project
