Application Support / User Support Specialist - London

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Application Support/ User Support Specialist on our prestige customer site in London, the UK.
Role Responsibility
This is an entry level role, the pre-requisites for the position is a highly motivated individual who is able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of IT (User or Support).
This particular Application / Software is unique to the customer so full training will be provided.
Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate should be available to start on the 12th May, 2016
Understanding of any type of process driven Support environment would be an advantage – Logging a query and monitoring through to conclusion (This could be I.T related, or Customer Service, or Call Centre support etc).
You will be judged on your ability to demonstrate excellent Customer service skills, It is fundamental that the candidate has an excellent command of oral and written English language and who works well within a vibrant team.
Strong interpersonal skills + motivation to work in a Support / Customer Service position are both key factors in securing this position.

Salary : 22,000£ + benefits.
