Test Engineer

For one of our prestigious customers in Brussels we are looking for a motivated and experienced Test Engineer with 8 years of relevant experience.
Role Responsibility
This profile will perform tasks in the area of testing automation, leading the process of automating tests within the team. His work will be to coordinate the "to-come" test team, together with helping the team to move in the direction of test automation. The profile will close collaborate with the business analysts and report to the project manager. Together with the profile related task described in the role definition, the tasks to be performed will include:
Test strategy definition
Test campaign coordination
Advice on test automation
Reporting to project manager on progress against planning
Participation in coordinating and project meetings
Knowledge on Agile methodologies
Successful Candidate
Should have expert knowledge of:
Test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor…)
Build automation tools (Maven, Ant)
Experience on Agile (ScrumMaster certification is a plus)
Moreover the candidate must have:
- Good command in English
- Very good communication skills and ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings
- Very good redaction skills
- Team spirit, good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate in a multilingual and multicultural environment
