Service Desk Operator (FM)

Role Responsibility

To join our team at a prestigious European institution in Frankfurt, Germany, we are looking for three Service Desk Operators (Facility Management).

  • Accept and transfer of incoming external or internal telephone calls;
  • Register tickets for FM service requests;
  • Monitor and report on Service Provider performance;
  • Book meeting rooms and additional meeting services such as catering.

Successful Candidate

The qualifications of the FM Service Desk operator have to include the following

  • Secondary school graduation plus additional higher education.
  • Minimum 2 years of  relevant professional experience in a Admininstration, Call Centre or Service Desk environment. 
  • Basic knowledge of Facility Management standards would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Good knowledge of IT Ticket systems or CAFM software or CRM Software/Database system.
  • Good knowledge of Telephone Switchboard systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Very good communication and customer service skills;
  • English skills level C1;
  • German skills level C1.

Working hours: The Service Desk Operators work in two different shifts - from 07:30 until 16:30; and from 10:30 until 19:30 (CET).
