IT Support Specialist - Windows 10 Migration

Role Responsibility
For our customer, a European Institution in Luxembourg, we are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist - Windows 10 Migration.
Main tasks:
You will be the Second Line Technical Support for the first line about incidents due to the migration to Windows 10 / Office 2016.

Collaborating with technical teams, Local System Administration, Windows 10 Project Team and end users regarding migration activities related to the platform, its optional software and the business applications;

Receiving, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving requests or support issues that are reported by end-users;
- Managing effectively the analysis of complex issues in collaboration with the LSA and the Project Team members.
Successful Candidate
Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Very good working knowledge of Windows 10 and MS Office 2016.
- Further Office Automation Software knowledge is an asset;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Group Policies and Active Directory in general;
- Have proven technical, problem solving and troubleshooting ability;
- Excellent attitude, great phone etiquette;
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and to prioritise.
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is strongly desirable.
Language and communication skills:
- Fluent in English and French - spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills.
