Call Centre Agent

For our activities at the European Patent Office (EPO), we are currently looking for a Call Centre Agent on a fixed term contract with duration of minimum 1 year and possibility of extension.

Role Responsibility

Tasks and Responsibilities

The key person shall work in the Facility Management Request Back Office as part of an international team and to provide support as follows:

• Logging of the request;
• Allocation of the request to the applicable Third Party;
• Ensuring correct allocation through immediate follow-up and, if required, re-allocation;
• Feedback to user concerning expected delivery/fix time;
• Progress monitoring of applicable Third Party;
• Request closure confirmation from Third Party and user;
• Telephone switchboard duties.

Successful Candidate

Requirements

Fluency in English and good command of both German and French is required.

Successful applicants should have:

• strong interpersonal skills;
• customer orientation;
• be keen to work in a team.
